PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 15,800 sf office condominium Wellington, Florida
ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY: During 2010-2011, Atlantic Western was engaged to provide strategic advisory services to Comerica Bank and its legal team foreclosing on this office complex. Atlantic Western was subsequently engaged as the exclusive listing agent to provide disposition services, which resulted in the completion of an all cash sale to third party investor within six months of engagement.
